I provide independent advice on a range of medico-legal matters. I am experienced in carrying out detailed assessments for Claimants, Defendants and insurers in civil litigation dealing with care needs, rehabilitation requirements and equipment/ services. Each case is dealt with in a bespoke manner in a detailed report. I am able to provide care and OT or OT reports dealing with a range of issues including clinical negligence and personal injuries.  I am experienced in assessing the needs of individuals whose condition is likely to deteriorate as a consequence of their injury and subsequent disability and identifying appropriate care and equipment needs.
